Kendall is a rural Orleans County town that runs right up to the Lake Ontario shore. Fruit orchards and farms fill most of it, and Route 18 carries traffic east toward Hamlin and the Lake Ontario State Parkway. There's a small hamlet center, a school, and a lot of long driveways. Most parties here are at home, in barns, or in tents near the lake. We're about 17 miles from Kendall, from our base in Greece, so there's no travel charge. Lake breezes pick up in the evening. We set up under a tent or indoors, on a hard floor, away from the open sides.

Yes. Kendall is in Orleans County, but it's only about 17 miles from Greece, and we don't charge mileage until 20. No travel fee.
Our tent is on the lawn near the lake. Will wind be an issue?
It can be. We set the booth toward the protected side of the tent, on flooring or a hard level base. The attendant keeps the strips from blowing off the tray.
We have a long gravel driveway. Can you get to the house?
Yes. The van does fine on gravel. The booth just needs a level, hard floor once it's inside or under cover.
